The shipping cost is added automatically when you add an item to
your PayPal shopping cart. If you live in the Traverse City,
Michigan area, we will deliver the items to you without any shipping
charge for orders over $100. If you wish to use the automated PayPal system to place your
order, we will refund all shipping charges. Include a note with your
PayPal order indicating that you wish to receive free home or
business delivery in the Traverse City area.
The shipping cost includes FedEx
Ground
shipping within the continental United States (not including Alaska
or Hawaii).
Contact us for a rate quote on shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or
other countries.
How to get free shipping:
1. We offer free shipping within the
continental United States (not including Alaska or Hawaii) for
orders over $1000 (see exceptions below).
2. We offer free home or business
delivery in the Traverse City, Michigan area for orders over $100.
If you order using the PayPal shopping
cart, it will automatically add in shipping costs. If you qualify
for free shipping or home/business delivery, we will refund 100% of
the shipping cost you paid.
Exceptions: Cabinets do not
qualify for free shipping. Therefore, to obtain free shipping, your
order must total at least $1000 for items other than
cabinets. Please note that you can still include cabinets with your
order, but their cost cannot be used to meet the $1000 minimum
required for free shipping. For example, if you order $300 of
cabinets and $1050 of other items, we will refund your shipping
costs for all items except the cabinets.
How to save on shipping:
If your order is less than $1000, or
if your order is to be shipped outside the continental United
States, you may save on shipping by requesting a custom shipping
rate quote if you order large or heavy items that are expensive to
ship. We may be able to reduce your shipping cost by using FedEx
Freight or Yellow Transportation instead of FedEx Ground. If so, you
pay the actual shipping fee. If you use the PayPal shopping cart
(which automatically adds in shipping charges) and the amount you
paid for shipping is greater than the actual shipping cost, we will
refund the difference if your order is over $500 and you request a
custom shipping rate quote when you place your order.
Minimum order is $100.
